Centro Polo Group

The Centro Polo group is composed of the Polo family and brings together a group of companies from the Property, Consulting, Project Drafting, Construction and Property Development Sectors, run by second-generation family members, all of whom are Qualified Technical Personnel and Businessmen with extensive experience in the field. JULIAN POLO DE FRUTOS, the group’s founder and a businessman who has devoted his efforts to construction and development since 1963, has extensive business experience. Born in Segovia, he began his professional career by building villas as summer residences in housing developments on the outskirts of Madrid together with his brothers. He later moved to Valladolid, where he worked on the Development and Construction of large industrial premises, multi-family apartment buildings and business premises for over 18 years. In 1983, during his first visit to Marbella, he was pleasantly surprised by the boom in residential tourism on the Costa del Sol. He moved to the area, which was by now one of the world’s most select tourist attractions, to start work on his greatest passion: the development of villas for the most demanding clients.

Since then, and up to the present day, as its founder he has passed down his devotion and love for the job and his drive for excellence to the group, building family unity both inside and outside of the company.
